Gaudium (the Latin for "Joy") is a membership club that has created an events community to celebrate the vibrant energy of life over 40 — born of an independent generation who share a free-spirited love of life, a sense of adventure, and a passion for culture mixed with sophisticated fun. Gathering in memorable settings where every detail is intentional and every encounter in the moment, Gaudium is a magnetic world of connection and a celebration of the art of living well.
We invite our members to meet the Friends of Gaudium: tastemakers, creators, and cultural insiders whose knowledge and access open doors to destinations, private homes and soulful encounters. Events that feels effortless and deeply personal. A diarised social calendar that becomes an art form.
We are a fully mobile and rapidly evolving club that is centred around events and experiences. We are not a travel agent, we do not offer a concierge service, we are not a business or networking platform and we do not have a bricks and mortar premises.
A membership of Gaudium is an invitation to an enticing calendar of events, curated travel experiences and a suite of benefits, offers and content to keep us informed, inspired and in the know. We have created a beguiling community of engaging, curious, globe-trotting individuals who want to live life to the full and may be just a little bit mischievous.

Since we are fully mobile, we have no boundaries and we host our events in clubs, private homes or quirky venues. We invite our members to join us locally or overseas at fashion, sports, music, theatre or wellness events. We curate inaccessible travel experiences, always with an unmistakable dose of the unexpected.
Our supper clubs are hosted in original settings with inspiring guest speakers.
We value the insight and connections that our community brings us through their friends and network. Everything we do is driven by the ancient Greek belief of Xenia, meaning hospitality and guest friendship. The respect from host to guest and guest to host.
We also believe deeply in giving something back - particularly to the next generation. We are on a mission to sponsor young artists and sports people on their journeys and create events around them. Speak to our membership team to learn more.

Each month our partnerships team publish a sample of benefits with our trusted suppliers. We prefer to work with our friends and we are keen supporters of female-led businesses in particular. We love to promote British brands. Do get in contact with us if you would like to collaborate.
The team also treat us to complimentary access to leading art fairs, exhibitions, awards ceremonies or product launches to keep us on our toes and up-to-date with an ever evolving and eclectic mix of events. Always through our friends and never without a flourish of something extra special.
Through our friends and our global network, Gaudium curates a series of enviable travel experiences and events that are inaccessible to the general public.
Long weekends with a like-minded group to off the beaten track destinations, or a well trodden path to those places that our members thought they already knew.
